We custom design shadow foam and deliver products to you for any application you can think of, such as, 

  • toolboxes,

  • drawer liners,

  • kit carts,

  • cases,

  • material and product protection,

  • packaging,

  • stencils,

  • tool accountability,

  • FOD (Foreign Object Damage) Prevention,

Our shadow foam can be cut any width and length you need under 4 x 8 ft., and 1/2" multiples tall, and paired with a contrasting colored rigid back board if desired.

Backer-board Size and Colors
Step 1: Take Picture

We can provide you with a estimate with the following information:

  • The length, width, and depth of the drawer or case you intend you use the shadow foam for,

  • Color of foam and backer board, 

  • Number of tools or parts you wish to shadow,

  • Name of the set if you wish to have it labeled.

  • Total quantity of sets you wish to order,

  • And finally, your email address. & phone number.

Step 2: Upload, or email us your picture

Then, if want to place an order, after your review of the estimate, you can:

a) email us a picture of the parts, in your desired layout, (with one part's length for reference or a reference marker in the picture), or b) upload your picture to our Dropbox at the left side of this page, and we can design your shadow foam drawer liner from there.

We will send you an approval drawing with dimensions labeled before we produce your shadow foam. If we need to make changes, we will do so at this point until you are satisfied.

Once you've approved the design, you then purchase the shadow foam with check, cash, debit or credit car, or PayPal, and we ship it to you. Online payment options available.

Once you've paid for your product (or contracted customers supplied a purchase order) we will then process the manufacturing order to have your product produced and shipped to you. You'll receive your product based on the shipping method and cost you agree to.
